At Leland, we collaborate with a handful of
exceptional designers to develop a design that will maximize the outdoor living
experience. From enhancing the home’s curb appeal to designing beautiful gardens
to creating and building outdoor “rooms”, we help our clients with truly amazing
transformations including hardscape, landscape and fireplaces, to
moving/building walls to achieve the best design.
Historic Renovations
San Diego’s history may not be as extensive as
some cities, but many of the existing homes date back to the 1930s and 1940s,
and even earlier. Leland Construction has specialized in both remodeling and
renovating these older homes to offer homeowners modern day living amenities,
while maintaining the historical integrity of the original home.
